Selection of this icon from the [Law Enforcement] Main Screen  will afford the official State accident form input.  If the information is entered you also have an area on the right of the screen near the bottom to enter vehicles involved in the accident.  This may be of benefit later when you are searching for a record on some particular vehicle that may be involved in an unrelated case.

Some police departments utilize this module, and some choose to utilize electronic entry through other vendors.
