AFFIDAVITS

The next icon under the [Court] Tab from the Main Screen is that of Affidavits.  When you click on this icon, as in other screens, you may add new, search with the “Filter” option, or print.  You may also choose the option to add probably cause to the affidavit before you print it.

The print selection affords several options for printing either a single affidavit, a listing, or all affidavits

The “Warrants” icon is generally designed in the same manner, and clicking on this icon will basically produce the same results as the Affidavits.

The “Maintenance” icon Under the [Court] Tab should be selected for transferring tickets and arrests to the Court Docket.  In addition, this is where at the end of the year, you will perform the annual maintenance of “rolling up” to the new year after all cases have been transferred for the current year.

This action changes the prefix to “07” (or the new year) on many items used by the court, including docket numbers and receipts.
