GENERAL TAB FUNCTION

Finally, we have the [General] Tab from the Main Screen of CJTS.

The first icon is that of  “Persons.”  Selection of this icon will bring you to the default screen of the person such as below.

However, you will notice from the tabs on the bottom left of the screen, that you may see additional information on the defendant, including mugshots and alias names.

The next icon is that of “Vehicles” and is used to capture information for the vehicle database as well as searching for vehicles by defendant, tag number, or make.

The “Officers” icon is the point of entry for the input of all officers and personnel related to the CJTS.  This involves, court clerks, attorneys, judges, police officers, dispatchers, etc.  It also provides emergency contact information as well as note sections for formal training records.

By pressing the “Print” button, you can view or print a list of all officers and personnel with their positions, badge numbers, etc.
