ADDING OTHER PERSONNEL

Select “Judges & Attorneys” icon on the lower left-hand of the Main Screen on the “GENERAL” Tab.

An input screen is provided for the input of any Judge who presides over the city’s court, or any attorney who frequents the courtroom for either prosecution or defense.  Once you have put in the normal demographic data, please click the appropriate box to indicate whether or not that person is a judge.  If it is unchecked, then the system presumes that this is an attorney.

Also, you will want to check if this person is still active.

Once you have completed the input of all judges and attorneys, you may close this screen by clicking on the “Close” button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

Finally, in setup, you should assign rights of access to users of the system itself.
